Can I turn off the device?
FiveTrack is an all in one solution Out-of-the-box. Your purchase includes the device plus the monitoring software access. Important to know: once activated you will have 90 days of service. There is no way to turn the device off, once it is On it will stay on thru the life of the service. This feature gives you assurance no one can turn the device off once added to the shipment.

Our software is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, so you don't need to be a tech expert to use it. Does the device work in my country? Yes, FiveTrack devices work globally. Our devices are designed to operate on multiple network frequencies and are compatible with most networks in over 100 countries. However, we recommend checking our list of countries on or home page to ensure network compatibility and coverage in your area.
The best way to position your device in a container is to load the container first and then use the double-sided tape to position the device on the boxes or pallets facing the right door of the container. This will ensure that your device is in a good position to report data accurately. It is essential to check that your device is reporting data before adding it inside the container.
